Since leaving my role in the NGO world, I have worked with business and Indigenous organizations, developing HR policies and educational sessions, as well as performance management.
Although my experience has been mainly in the non-profit world, many of the lessons learned can easily apply to Government, or Corporate Canada. I also work with Associates who have been schooled and have experience in all three sectors.
