Management is complex, and sometimes we need outside experts to help us not only see the big picture, but also see what is really important. Today, more than ever investors/donors are asking questions about the management and costs of the organization. Too, we are so caught up in the day to day mechanics we forget to look to the future!
Succession planning and retirement are big issues facing many businesses today. We offer a program that twins the loss of corporate intelligence, through supporting your potential retirees with the opportunity to develop their own transition toward retirement, while allowing you time to transfer information, develop mentorship programs for new leaders and develop a succession plan that can build capacity. A need that might otherwise be missed or take longer thus effecting the productivity and success of your business.
I was been part of an organization that has been placed in the top 16 hospitals (large and small) in North America for their ability to benchmark their costs in raising a dollar and her organization was voted one of the top non-profit employers in Canada, 2016. Strategic planning, succession planning, team building - all are important to non-profit and for profits alike. My experience can help you develop a vision for the future of your organization and/or senior team as well as a plan that will help you get there.
Since leaving my role in the NGO world, I have worked with business and Indigenous organizations, developing HR policies and educational sessions, as well as performance management.
Although my experience has been mainly in the non-profit world, many of the lessons learned can easily apply to Government, or Corporate Canada. I also work with Associates who have been schooled and have experience in all three sectors.
